I'm not a big fan of Italian food, but this place was good. Was hard to find, thank goodness a local young lady took us right to it since we walked past and didn't see it. Very neat old building and the gardens outside were beautiful. Staff was friendly and attentive. I had crawfish alfredo and it was good. Way more than I could eat!

My lasagna was excellent. Bruschetta appetizer was very good. Cool building located in the art district. Highly recommend trying Tony's if you haven't ate there.

This was such a cute restaurant! Had such a nice experience and all the staff was so nice and friendly! The pasta was amazing and good calamari! Boyfriend said the pizza was alright but I thought it was delicious! I believe it was more "bready" than he'd thought. Only complaint I'd have would be the oil for the bread seemed to be canola oil? I don't think it was actual olive oil. Would definitely come again though!

I have found Tony's to be hit or miss in the past - but last night we thoroughly enjoyed our experience last night! My children had Penne with Alfredo and Chicken (make your own), Chicken Picatta and I ordered the Black Pepper Linguine with Pesto Cream & Mushrooms (also make your own). Service was delightful and the location and atmosphere of Tony's is always a win!

During our visit to the Bluff Arts District in Chattanooga we happened upon this local gem of Italian cuisine. It's off the main street and is a well worth destination for dining. Our server, Icie-Mae, expertly guided our menu exploration. First she greeted us with a plate of garlic bread before giving great tips and recommendations. We selected and shared the create your own pasta with house made angel hair pasta, tomato spinach cream sauce and generous chunks of grilled white chicken. The moscato sparkling wine and basecamp blonde beer went well with the pasta. We then topped off dinner with a generous portion of spumoni ice cream. Please note portions are shareable and staff suggestions are helpful. Food is superb and so is the service.

Visiting Tony's is like stepping into Little Italy. We had tickets to see a show downtown this night, but arrived early enough for dinner to beat the crowd. I would recommend arriving early, because by the time we left, there was a line out the door. We arrived around 5:30 on a Thursday and were able to get in, be seated immediately, and had a pretty view of the garden from the inside dining room. The Bluff View Art District is a beautiful neighborhood complete with European-style restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and art gardens. The streets between the historic building are cobblestone--overlooking the Tennessee River. We had never been before, but the service was fantastic. The server was friendly and helpful. Each table is given fresh bread that is made next door daily at the Bluff View Bakery. I decided to make my own pasta with my choices being fettuccine with alfredo and grilled chicken. Since we were in a bit of a time crunch, we informed our waitress. She told us our dishes would arrive the quickest on the menu-- and they did! We were able to eat in no time at all. The food came out in LARGE portions and was warm, fresh, and delicious. We could have taken leftovers for a whole other meal. Before we left, we took a stroll down the hill to visit the River Gallery Sculpture Garden. The restaurant sits on a hill that overlooks this park. Filled with unique sculptures (some for sale and some not), this park lies along the Tennessee River and allows for great views of the entire district. Overall, this is such a unique restaurant to find in Chattanooga. The entire neighborhood has so much character from the buildings, streets, art, and food! You must visit Tony's when in Chattanooga for great, authentic Italian dishes.

I came here for my birthday and loved it. My friends and I loved the food and bread. I really enjoyed the bruschetta appetizer. Our waiter was attentive despite the busy hour. The restaurant was a little crowded in terms of space but would definitely go back for the food.

I'm not really a pasta or bread fan, so I'm writing this review for you if your beloved is dying for spaghetti (or literally any other kind of pasta) and you're wondering how much of a compromise this place is. First off, have a bite of bread even if you're not a fan. The olive oil is divine (and plentiful)--soak that bite of bread and savor it. The soup of the day the day I was there was broccoli cheddar, and I have never had a bowl so creamy and savory. Also, generous. So good. I followed it up the Sicilian salad which has orzo (but not an overwhelming amount) and so many capers! It was worth its weight in capers alone, but the lesson for me was "don't be stingy with the capers, girl!" I wished the chicken on top had been grilled (instead of cold) but I still ate all of it. The hubby opted against pasta (betrayal!), but he really liked the meatballs on his sandwich. I think this place is hard to find, but once you find it, you'll be glad you did. Service was attentive and informed, tans the setting is one of a kind. Take a walk around the nearby sculpture garden if you can--very interesting and a beautiful use of otherwise unusable river bank near a highway.
